ADD OR REMOVE DRIVERS HERE: This section is for operators who wish to Update their Driver Statement (driver list).
DRIVERS: Update your Driver Statement with the PUC each time you add or delete

RENEW YOUR TCP LICENSE: Present State Regulations require your TCP License before the 3-

DMV PULL NOTICE PROGRAM UPDATE YOUR DMV RECORDS: Enroll new drivers or Delete Drivers you don't use anymore from the DMV Records: each time

Rickshaw, Motorbike, or other motorized equipment authorized by the state you wish to operate in (soon
