TCP-License allows you to operate Limousine, Livery, Tour-Bus (TCP: A or B or P), or General Charter Services. You are prohibited from fixed/flat point-to-point fares under any TCP License. Under TCP (A, B, P ) you must always base your charges on Time (per hour, per
day ...) or Mileage ($$ per mile....) or a a combination of Time and Mileage: we will give you a good example of how to charge your customer as we prepare your application for filing. Further, only one party (a group or an individual, etc) may pre-arrange and charter any given vehicle for the duration of the charter: charter means exclusive service to one party, thus no "shared charter" in the same vehicle.
